Services

Hive Industrial Services provides commercial cleaning, inspection support, maintenance scheduling, and reporting services related to commercial kitchen exhaust systems and dryer vent systems.

Our services may include commercial kitchen hood exhaust cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, system inspection and service recommendations, before-and-after photo documentation, post-service reports, Job Safety Reports, assistance with service-related paperwork, maintenance scheduling, and service reminders.

Hive Industrial Services serves restaurants, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, schools, hotels, airports, malls, food trucks, and other commercial facilities across Utah.

No Guarantee of Inspection Approval or Code Compliance

Hive Industrial Services performs services in a professional manner and may assist clients with documentation, reporting, and maintenance records. However, we do not guarantee that any service, report, photo, invoice, cleaning, or documentation will result in approval by a fire marshal, health department, insurance provider, landlord, property manager, franchisor, government agency, or other third party.

The client remains responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable federal, state, county, city, fire safety, health department, insurance, lease, and operational requirements that apply to their business or facility.

Estimates, Free Inspections, and Pricing

Hive Industrial Services may offer free inspections or estimates. A free inspection does not create a binding service agreement and does not guarantee that services will be performed at a fixed price.

Pricing may depend on the type of facility, system size and condition, level of grease, lint, or buildup, accessibility of hoods, ducts, fans, rooftops, vents, or equipment, service frequency, safety conditions, required documentation, after-hours scheduling, and additional labor, equipment, or return visits.

Any estimate provided is based on the information available at the time. Hive Industrial Services may update the estimate if additional conditions, hazards, access issues, or service needs are discovered before or during the job.

Scheduling and Availability

Hive Industrial Services works to accommodate client schedules and may offer service outside regular business hours when available. Appointments may be rescheduled or delayed due to weather, unsafe working conditions, emergency calls, staff availability, property access issues, equipment limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Submitting a form or requesting an inspection through the website does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after Hive Industrial Services communicates confirmation by email, phone, text message, or other direct communication.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing safe, timely, and reasonable access to the areas and equipment required for service, including kitchens, hoods, filters, ductwork, fans, rooftops, laundry areas, dryer vents, mechanical rooms, electrical panels or shut-off points, water access where required, and parking or loading areas.

Clients must notify Hive Industrial Services before service begins of any known hazards, restricted areas, equipment problems, roof access issues, alarm systems, security requirements, tenant restrictions, property rules, or special instructions.

If access is unavailable, unsafe, restricted, or materially different from what was disclosed, Hive Industrial Services may reschedule the service, adjust the price, or charge additional fees.

Site Conditions and Pre-Existing Issues

Hive Industrial Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective equipment, improper installation, hidden conditions, structural problems, electrical issues, roof damage, water damage, pest activity, fire damage, mold, corrosion, or other conditions that existed before our work began.

Commercial exhaust systems, dryer vent systems, rooftops, ducts, fans, and related components may contain hidden defects or deterioration. If such issues are discovered, we may recommend repair, replacement, additional cleaning, or third-party evaluation.

Hive Industrial Services is not responsible for delays, failed inspections, business interruptions, or additional costs caused by pre-existing conditions or systems that were not properly installed, maintained, or accessible.

Service Limitations

Hive Industrial Services makes reasonable efforts to complete services thoroughly and professionally. However, some conditions may limit the results of cleaning or inspection support.

Limitations may include inaccessible ductwork or vents, poor system design, damaged or missing access panels, excessive buildup, unsafe roof or ladder access, electrical or mechanical hazards, equipment that cannot be safely moved, systems requiring repair before cleaning can be completed, or conditions requiring specialized contractors.

If a system cannot be fully cleaned or accessed, Hive Industrial Services may document the limitation and recommend next steps.

Reports, Photos, and Documentation

Hive Industrial Services may provide reports, photographs, invoices, Job Safety Reports, service records, or other documentation after service. These materials are intended to document work performed and support the client's maintenance records.

They are not legal opinions, engineering reports, code interpretations, insurance certifications, or guarantees of compliance. Hive Industrial Services may also retain copies of service documentation for internal records, quality control, scheduling, customer support, legal protection, and future maintenance planning.

Communications

By submitting your information through this website or otherwise contacting Hive Industrial Services, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, inspection, estimate, appointment, service, documentation, payment, maintenance schedule, or follow-up needs.

We may contact you by email, phone, text message, website form response, or other reasonable business communication methods. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and promptly notifying us of any changes.

Payments and Invoices

Payment terms will be provided in the estimate, invoice, written agreement, or other communication from Hive Industrial Services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the invoice terms.

Late or unpaid invoices may result in service delays, cancellation of future appointments, late fees where permitted by law, collection activity, or other remedies available under applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing invoices and notifying Hive Industrial Services of any billing questions within a reasonable time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Hive Industrial Services as soon as possible. Hive Industrial Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation, rescheduling, access, or trip fee if the client cancels with short notice, the property is inaccessible, required areas are locked or restricted, the service cannot be performed safely, required approvals or contacts are unavailable, or our team is delayed due to client-side issues.

Specific fees, if applicable, may be communicated before or after the scheduled service depending on the circumstances.

Emergency or After-Hours Services

Hive Industrial Services may offer emergency, priority, or after-hours services when available. Emergency or after-hours service may be subject to additional charges. Availability is not guaranteed and depends on staffing, location, safety conditions, equipment needs, and scheduling.

Website Use
